How will you make an impact in this role?

A successful candidate for this role will be a key member of the GSGCT Strategy & Tech Program Execution office and will work closely with key leaders to engage in a broad range of activities like roadmap definitions; program management, communication strategy & execution in data management, analytics, traditional AI/ML & GenAI.As a core member of the strategy office, the candidate would play a crucial role in being a thought partner to the leadership team, helping to shape the strategic direction for the portfolio our rapidly growing GenAI program. In this role, they will help scale up the organization by creating best practice program governance and operations functions, improving our project delivery practices, forging collaborative working equations with the many stakeholders in the program and oversee of cross functional initiatives that are critical to the success of our GenAI program. The candidate would collaborate closely with leaders, product, engineering, business partners and other project managers. The role will require constant balance between long term product vision against addressing immediate needs, driving incremental approach that is metrics and data driven.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall efficiency and management of the strategy & program management office. Act as a central point of contact for urgent business issues, initiatives and additional ad hoc leadership requests. Overall responsibility for managing meeting content and presentations, including updates to senior business partners, town halls, staff meetings, etc Partner closely with peers, leaders, and stakeholders to build and drive strategic vision for GenAI program delivery and execution; work with Senior leaders to foresee and solve complex problems there by enabling efficiency and scale. Emphasis on storytelling to craft effective and impactful presentations. Monitor and guide project scope, cost, scheduling, staffing, communications, risk/Issue and quality of projects. Make recommendations and share insights with the leadership team on meaningful business decisions, ensuring that business decisions are effectively communicated and implemented across different markets. Build both relationships and partnerships across the team and the Enterprise. Define roadmap, drive engagement management with stakeholders and execution of planned improvements Help break down projects into component parts, identifying and tracking dependencies and opportunities for optimization Manage large scale, cross organization programs Drive digital content strategy & creation(newsletters, videos, tech bits, status updates, roadmap presentations etc.)

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences with the ability to tailor and deliver communications to all levels of organizations from project teams to executive leadership Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills Proficient in the use of MS office, MS project, vision and other collaboration tools Exceptional powerpoint designing skills Exposure to creating tech videos to communicate leadership messaging Expert level knowledge of Project management techniques and tools Critical thinking with the confidence and composure to effectively connect with senior leaders. Drive projects and operate well under ambiguity. Outstanding organization and planning skills. Passion, energy, personal accountability, and a desire to learn and grow as a leader. High level of integrity when handing confidential information. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly with a willingness to continuously improve. Active listening skills, summarization skills and lateral thinking to uncover and react to emerging opportunities. Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and make decisions quickly and effectively. Prior technology experience/knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually bonus benefits
