ADP is hiring an AI Architect to join our industry-leading AI team.

  • Are you an experienced AI/ML professional looking to architect and implement innovative AI solutions on a massive scale?

  • Does leveraging one of the largest HR datasets in the world to build advanced AI systems excite you? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex AI and machine learning systems. You will have access to ADP’s unparalleled dataset to explore new AI innovations that influence the daily working lives of millions.

Every day, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to understand business challenges and identify opportunities to apply AI/ML for transformational impact. You’ll develop technical roadmaps, architect systems, build prototypes, and productionize AI solutions. Your expertise in languages like Python and frameworks like PyTorch will allow you to create models that extract deep insights from mountains of data.

You’ll coach and mentor junior data scientists, promoting creative application of different methodologies and analyses. With the scale of ADP’s data and the complex problems we undertake, you’ll stay challenged and engaged as you progress in your career.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead architecture and development of innovative AI/ML solutions

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities for AI

  • Develop systems architecture, technical roadmaps, and prototypes

  • Build, test, and deploy AI models into production leveraging AWS services

  • Coach and mentor more junior data scientists and analysts

  • Continuously explore new AI techniques and methodologies to drive innovation

  • Strategy and vision: You’ll use your ability to create and deliver a vision and strategy with opportunity to deliver AI innovations at epic scale. Be an industry leader in applying AI/ML to transform HR.

  • Inspire : You have led and inspired teams to embrace change, continually innovate, and achieve performance standards. You collaborate across high-performing teams and work in an environment surrounded by curious lifelong learners. You’ll be part of a culture of innovation, ownership, and hands-on creativity.   • Communication: You are comfortable in front of leadership and have a compelling voice demonstrated through your executive presence and ability to lead change. From presentations of product changes to delivering news to stakeholders that a change they desire cannot happen, you will flex your communication muscle, which will take you a long way in this role.

  • Grace Under Pressure: You thrive in a fast-moving, agile environment and are comfortable managing competing priorities and rallying an organization to change direction as necessary.

  • Experience. You’ll have a PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field. 4+ years experience architecting and developing AI/ML systems. Expertise in Python, SQL, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other ML libraries/frameworks. Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms like AWS.
