Description

NVIDIA is the defining technology company of the Artificial Intelligence era. Our unique legacy of innovation is powered by extraordinary technology—and outstanding people. We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to help develop innovative generative AI solutions. This role is with the NVIDIA Enterprise Product Group. We are passionate about crafting end-to-end solutions that seamlessly integrate NVIDIA products with leading open-source projects and partner technologies.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will build NIM Agent Blueprint pipelines that deliver deterministic business outcomes across vertical industries. You will work with strategic customers and internal partners across NVIDIA to uncover innovation, collect requirements, and distill them into a clear product vision. A critical aspect of this role is to help NVIDIA customers create data flywheels – AI systems that continuously improve over time through user feedback. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced product leader who is passionate about shaping the future of generative AI.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Teams across NVIDIA use AI in production to solve challenging business and engineering problems at scale. You will work cross functionally to identify novel AI solutions developed within NVIDIA and productize them as enterprise solutions for customers.

  • This is a deeply technical role. Part of every day should be spent keeping pace with technology changes. Everyone has a different learning style. Whether it’s rapid prototyping, talking to experts, or hands-on-keyboard development and test, we will support your self-directed learning.

  • We want you to become a recognized authority within and outside of NVIDIA! You can do this by publishing content, giving presentations, or engaging directly with software communities.

  • You will also work closely with internal teams and service delivery partners to define joint initiatives. We believe customer feedback is essential for prioritizing features and evaluating design tradeoffs.

  • Clear communication is the essence of leadership. As a product leader, you will author requirements documents that project a desired future state. Then you will collaborate with engineering and program management to develop product roadmaps to deliver new features.

  • Finally, a product manager makes decisions. You will make informed product decisions based on experience, research, and intuition.

What we need to see:

  • Experience with generative AI technologies and approaches including training, inference, customization, and evaluation.

  • Experience with LLM and RAG optimization techniques such as model fine tuning, retrieval re-ranking, query expansion, prompt engineering, etc.

  • Familiarity with customer concerns around deploying production software: security, identity, telemetry, data governance

  • Background with LLM agents, tool calling, APIs, and output schema.

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • 12+ overall years of combined experience in software development, ML ops, systems administration, and/or technical product management.

  • 8+ years building and shipping software, hardware, and/or platform infrastructure solutions for enterprises.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Evidence of recent research publications and/or contributions to open source.

  • Ability to reduce complexity to simplicity.

  • Hands-on experience building or using LLM solutions.

  • Experience with NVIDIA technologies, tools, and software.
