HOW A INTEGRATED MASTER SCHEDULER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • You will join our talented Implementation Management Team

  • You will work closely with technical team leads, project managers and other stakeholders to determine their critical tasks, identify contractual milestones and associate interdependencies across the program to develop and maintain a detailed, resource loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

  • You will develop and maintain summary level schedule (Gantt) reports, milestone charts, and other program management tools used to support critical path analysis, near term tasks, priority based resource allocations, performance variances

  • You will prepare project and program status reports based on current and forecast schedules; implement and maintain schedule change control

  • You will conduct and facilitate weekly IMS reviews with program team

  • You will be managing schedules, reviewing project status, and understanding how to assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives

  • You will actively monitor project progress with an emphasis on problem solving.

  • You will follow schedule version control processes, policies, and procedures

  • You will work in collaboration with project managers to drive efficiency in project execution and accuracy in project reporting

  • You will prepare trend analysis to identify problem areas and submit recommendations for corrective actions

  • You will perform schedule estimating and updating for new work and remaining work

  • You will troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems

  • You will maintain accurate records/paperwork

  • You will be willing to work outside of normal business hours as required to meet deadlines

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, or related discipline, or equivalent

Required Skills:

  • IMS creation and scheduling experience

  • Experience managing multiple projects and pulling together multiple schedules into a master schedule and/or interfacing with other teams managing different schedules

  • Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple shifting priorities while meeting deadlines

  • Excellent Problem Resolution skills

  • Great team and client interaction skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to build and maintain accurate and up to date complex schedules for multiple projects

  • Skilled in gathering, analyzing, documenting and briefing information

  • Ability to effectively convey requirements, concerns and capabilities to all levels of management in a clear and concise manner

Desired Skills:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • MS Project Server experience (not required, highly desirable)

The likely salary range for this position is $101,566 – $131,584. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
