HOW A FUNCTIONAL ANALYST ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

● Analyzes user needs, performs research and functional analysis on projects within our Service Delivery organization (i.e. on-site support).

● Will work with customers to coordinate the provision of Service Desk services and Monitoring services.

● Meet with the customer to understand needs and requirements, engineers/architects to understand level of effort and technical limitations, operations leadership to facilitate hiring resources, and project management office to facilitate conversations around costs for various services.

● Manage new customer projects from beginning to the end, communicating with customers throughout the process.

● Provide support and oversight of each project, coordinating approvals for service changes, decommissioning services as needed, and working with the customer to ensure funds exist for continued support of the project.

● Actively monitor, track and manage tasks, timelines, dependencies, meeting or renegotiating milestones

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science

● Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience

● Required Technical Skills:

· ServiceNow, in particular ticketing workflows

· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly

● Required Skills and Abilities:

· Excellent communication skills and works well with others

· Ability to work autonomously

· Excellent customer service skills

· Process oriented, organized, confident speaking ability

· Confidence delivering presentations

● Preferred Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize, thrive and works well under pressure

The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 – $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
