Director Demand Planning

seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Demand Planning that
will act as a Global Process Owner to standardize and optimize our
demand planning processes globally. The ideal candidate will possess a
strong background in demand planning and forecasting, have extensive
experience utilizing ERP as well as Advanced Planning Systems (APS), and
possess exceptional leadership skills. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must
be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential
duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may
be assigned. Forecasting and Planning: Develop and maintain demand
planning models, incorporating data from Business Development, Sales,
Customer Forecasts, and Finance to create accurate and timely forecasts
supporting Operations, Sales, and Financial Planning. Process
Integration: Ensure consistency of forecast processes across the
business units, including base customer forecast trends, new launch
volumes, and Sales opportunities. Reinforce manufacturing, sales, and
financial processes to link/align with forecasting processes. Team
Leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to SKU-level forecasts,
ensuring alignment with business direction and consistency with customer
trends. Communicate demand forecast plans and assumptions through the
supply chain. Collaboration: Work closely with Supply Planning teams to
identify and resolve changes in the forecast and their impact on the
supply chain. Strategic Alignment: Partner with Sales, Business
Development, Operations, and Finance to develop an accurate demand
forecast for all SKUs in the designated area of the business, ensuring
alignment with business strategy and goals. Collaborate with customers
regarding supply chain digital options and capabilities i.e., use of
AI/ML. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track
and report on customer forecast accuracy, bias, and orders inside lead
