Primary Responsibilities:

  • Document solution designs, sequence diagrams and swimlane process flows for existing and upcoming work

  • Work closely with technical product managers and product owners to assess incoming product requirements, identifying any data or capability gaps and work to resolve

  • Keep apprised of technology, working closely with engineering delivery teams and communicate designs to business partners

  • Identify areas for improved efficiencies, reusability, and standardization helping disparate teams coordinate

  • Attend agile scrums on in-flight projects facilitating and supporting architectural ongoing discussions

  • As architecture evolves, delve into deeper and more granular understanding of AI interactions working closely with engineering teams to align implementations and enable standardization where possible

  • Be able to have flexibility and interest in working on the newest and most innovative technology solutions

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

  • 11 – 15 years of total experience

  • 5 + years of experience in cloud based solutions architecture or engineering – APIs, data engineering (Azure, GCP or AWS). etc

  • 2+ years knowledge of healthcare and insurance industries

  • Experience using Visio, Draw.io, Postman, Github, Rally, and similar tools for agile project management and tracking, documentation, and troubleshooting.

  • Proven solid written and verbal communication and documentation skills, enabling presentation of architectural artifacts, solution designs and options, and problem resolution with stakeholders at various levels representing product team, engineering and business partners

  • Proven ability and flexibility to support a highly-productive, AI search development team where the assigned projects and features supported will vary

  • Work Time- Afternoon shift timing 01pm to 10pm IST

Preferred Qualification:

  • Proven ability to support architecture needs for a large, fast-moving AI/ML search team
