The Role

The candidate will play a highly strategic role to deliver successful enhancements for HCM Cloud suite.

7 years of Implementation / Support experience in implementing Oracle HCM Applications. Worked with Functional team to deliver technical backlog in at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud Suite.

Is required to play a hands-on role to resolve issues in implementation projects, build POCs, based on the requirements, work on enhancing and building new tools related to HCM data migration and HCM reporting.

Must have functional knowledge of HCM Cloud modules that is needed to understand the requirements to design & build the solution.

Core HR module experience in Oracle HCM. Strong configuration skills in LE, Organization Structure, Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows and calculation cards.

Configure, develop, and oversee Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Absences, Time &Labor, Payroll, Compensation and Talent & Performance.

Experience in delivering the Oracle HCM new Redwood UI features.

Should have experience in resolving performance issues in the data migration, integration & reporting tracks i.e. should know how to tune SQL and be knowledgeable of the best practices to follow for HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI and Fast Formula.
The Requirements

7 years’ experience Architect Reporting Analytics solutions for Oracle cloud.

7 years’ experience developing, implementing integrations using HCM extracts and BIP.

4 years of Oracle cloud data model knowledge in HCM and Finance.

Must have expertise in multiple technical areas and should have exposure to the entire Cloud HCM SaaS/PaaS, Oracle Visual Builder tech toolsets i.e. needs to be a subject matter expert across HCM Cloud modules & tool sets (HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI, Fast Formula, OVB, OIC, ODA, etc.).

Good understanding of Oracle SOA Suite, BPEL, Mediator, Business Rules, Web Services.

Familiarity with systems integration, security, user provisioning, and single sign-on technologies

Nice to have foundation-level knowledge of OCI as well. Nice to have exposure to ODA in a technical capacity.

Should have worked as a technical lead / architect for implementing HCM Cloud for one or more geographies (EMEA, APAC, North America, Latin America)

Leading tech delivery of Upgrades, Implementations and Re-implementations of HCM SaaS

Working knowledge of web service development and architecture (SOAP/REST).

Must have functional knowledge of HCM Cloud modules that is needed to understand the requirements to design & build the solution.

Must have deep understanding of HCM SAAS data Schema / data model.

Should be good with SQL tuning apart from best practices to be followed in HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI & Fast Formulas
-
Foundational knowledge in AI / ML is desirable.
