We are seeking a talented individual to join our Passenger Lifts Division at Stannah covering the South of England. If you have previous sales experience within the lift industry, we want to hear from you! As the New Lift Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing advice to customers, identifying their needs and generating new passenger lift sales to exceed individual targets. The successful candidate will be home-based with the requirement to travel to Stannah offices and customer sites. This is a great role with the opportunity to work within a large, supportive, and collaborative team. The successful candidate will work alongside the drawing office, estimating department, the sales manager, and contracts, collaborating as a team to achieve business objectives. We have a flexible product offering, so this would suit an individual who is looking for a role with variety within a very supportive working environment. Ideal candidates will have excellent knowledge of the UK new lift market and possess commercial awareness of construction within the lift industry as well as previous sales experience. We are looking for individuals who are able to interpret CAD drawings and have a sound understanding of Lifts Standards and building regulations in relation to passenger lifts. This role may suit candidates who have previously worked as New Lift Sales Manager, Passenger Lift Sales, or Technical Sales Engineer within the lift industry Key Responsibilities: Achieve individual, annual targeted sales in terms of unit, value, and product mix in a predetermined area. Follow up on all web leads/live enquires and record outcome Create meetings with prospective pipeline opportunities Evaluate customer requirements, provide quotes and ensure all quotes are followed up.
